The wooden cladding throughout the interior with the woodburning stove gives a wonderful warm ambience.

Entering through a glazed, frosted glass door into the open plan living space. Accommodation comprises open plan bedroom/living/dining/kitchen with a separate WC and shower room. Wood-effect laminate flooring.

Sleeping area (4.2m x 3.5m)

A bright space with two windows with a double bed and plenty of space for storage.  Curtain poles and curtains. Laminate floor.

Shower room (1.2m x 1.1m)

The shower room contains a shower compartment with glass panelled door. A frosted glass window to the front provides natural light and ventilation.  Pedestal wash hand basin with a wall mounted mirror and wooden shelves above. Blinds. Laminate floor.

WC (1.2m x 1.7m)

With a frosted glass window providing natural light and ventilation, the WC contains a white WC. Wall mounted wooden shelves provide storage space. Blinds. Laminate floor with carpet.

Kitchen (2.4m x 2.7m)

Lovely hand-built birch plywood counter tops with lower cabinets and wooden shelves above.  There are two windows in the kitchen area to the side of the caravan and a skylight above, providing plenty of natural light. Single sink with drainer and mixer taps. Fridge. Hob. Curtain pole. Roller blind. Laminate floor.

Living area (4.1 m x 3.5m)

A Hobbit Salamander multi-fuel burning stove (fitted by Sticks and Stoves, Forres August 2021) provides a lovely feature and provides heating to the whole caravan. A large double glazed main window unit (installed February 2023) gives fantastic views of Findhorn Bay and the beautiful garden space with space to sit out. Two further windows and a frosted glass door to the side garden. Laminate floor.

Gardens and outbuildings

34 Seaview has secluded gardens to the side and back with a nature pond, mature shrubs and trees and a border with colourful plants.

Amenities

34 Seaview is within walking distance of Kinloss, offering a grocery store, restaurant and pub. A wider range of cafes, shops and pubs are available in Findhorn, a beautiful seaside village with outstanding white beaches. Less than 2 miles away, the eco-village at The Park, Findhorn, has a lovely vegan café restaurant, artisan pizza takeaway, large convenience store with organic food, household goods and gifts, the Moray Arts Centre and The Universal Hall, a beautiful theatre with an auditorium for 400.

Forres, approximately 3 miles, offers a wide range of supermarkets including Tesco, Co-op and LIDL. There are primary schools in Kinloss and Forres with Forres Academy and the Drumduan School, Forres providing secondary education. Gordonstoun private school is approximately 9 miles away. A modern health centre in Forres has 2 GP practices with Dr. Grays hospital in Elgin providing a wider range of health services.

Transport

Kinloss is located just 2 miles northeast of Forres with easy access to the A96, the main road between Inverness and Aberdeen. Good transport links are available in Forres with a regular train and bus services to Inverness and Aberdeen and train links to further south available from Inverness, just 26 miles from Forres. Kinloss is well located for access to both Inverness International Airport, at Dalcross, approximately 20 miles, offering daily flights to London and services multiple other domestic and international locations, and Aberdeen International Airport at Dyce, approximately 70 miles.
