Property Summary

A truly stunning 30 acres (approx.) croft within easy driving distance of Inverness. With a superb mix of flat, well-draining, land suitable for crops or grazing, and hillside, this lovely croft has beautiful views of the hills and a wonderful sense of tranquillity. Although rural, it has the advantage of neighbouring crofts in relative proximity.

A stream runs along the edge of the flat field area providing a lovely separation between the pasture and the hill, with mature trees and bushes providing shelter. The field is fertile and currently used for hay. The hillside provides rough grazing and is open.

As a barren croft, an application could be made to the crofting commission to set aside an area to be decrofted for the construction of a house, subject to the appropriate planning consents being obtained.
