Property SummaryWoodland Hideaway: Rural Lodges at Kinloss Golf Club
An incredible opportunity to acquire an outstanding plot for a holiday lodge just minutes from miles of white beaches along the Moray Coast. Affectionately known as “Costa del Moray”, the temperate climate of the Moray Coast along with pristine white beaches, small coastal villages and stunning scenery makes it a go-to destination for holiday makers who love the idea of a holiday home that offers most of the advantages of going abroad, yet within easy reach.
Within a few minutes of both Findhorn and Roseisle beach, yet within easy reach of Inverness International Airport and Aberdeen Airport, with daily access to many locations, including international gateways such as London, Paris and Amsterdam Schipol, Woodland Hideaway comprises an exclusive collection of quality rustic lodges.
Limited to 16 lodges on large plots, we anticipate that this exclusive community will sell quickly, so early viewing is recommended. Unlike most other holiday lodges, the plots will be freehold, enabling purchasers to own a tangible asset that can be passed down to generations to come.
Plot prices start from £65,000 with the Island Leisure offering Lodges starting from approximately £95,000 depending on specification required. There are various plot and lodge sizes. The individual plot prices are listed below.
A show home will be onsite soon. Please note that the photos shown are of the show lodge and are representative, depending on the specifications chosen, of what the lodge could look like.
Convenience and Leisure
The joy of this development is that it will appeal to a variety of holiday homeowners offering flexible and convenient opportunities to suit a wide variety of families. A wide range of outdoor pursuits is on your doorstep; sailing in Findhorn Bay, horse riding in Roseisle Forest, walking, running and cycling on the many rural roads around or in the Forest minutes from your door and of course the many Golf Courses of Moray and Nairn.
Ranging in size from 700 m2 to 1500m2 the plots are spaced out and provide ample room for outdoor seating around the lodge, while maintaining privacy. With mature trees to the front, rear and through the middle, the development sits on an open grassy slope, with elevated views to the rear. The key difference of this development to most other holiday ownership schemes is the fact that the plots will be freehold, providing a tangible asset that purchasers can pass on to future generations or sell in the future.
Fully serviced with electricity, water and BT fibre optic broadband.
The Lodges can be built by Island Leisure Limited, Scotland’s premier manufacturer of quality timber buildings since 1989. Not mass-produced, they allow flexibility in many aspects of your lodge. There are 3 models that will be available at Woodland Hideway; the Glendevon, the Glencoe and the Glenfinnan, providing a mixture of 2 and 3 bedroom lodges. Fully furnished and fitted out, they are built to an extremely high standard, designed to withstand the worst extremes of our climate and provide a most comfortable home of enviable appearance with a long lifespan, requiring minimum maintenance. Further details of each lodge is available on the Island Leisure website. (www.islandleisure.co.uk).
